Malik Riaz Hussain is born in Islamabad on 8 Feb 1954. He is the owner and founder of Bahria Town. He was born into a rich family but his fathers business went down which enforced him initiate working as a clerical staff. In 1980s he initiated off as a contractor, but with the passage of time Malik Riaz ascended up the stairs of achievement and became one of the great business magnets of Pakistan are awfully sketchy. He is included in Pakistans famous benefactors. Malik Riaz Hussain is also including in 7th richest persons in Pakistan. In the 1980s Malik Riaz was signed an agreement to form a closed society for Pakistan Army. The agreement was ceased later but Riaz moved towards Bahria Town Rawalpindi.
During 2000s he extended his company and created gated societies in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Murree and recently in Peshawar. Asias largest private project also owned by Malik Riaz named as Bahria Town Karachi. He recently inaugurated a new project named as Bahria Town Peshawar. Malik Riaz Hussain is also a very generous person as he arrange a dastarkhwan twice a day for poor people. On which he spend a large amount per year only for the sake of Allah Almighty. As a benefactor, He construct medical centers in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Peshawar which offers kidney transplant, heart related operations, dialysis treatment, including these all other health related issues are treated here free of cost.
